The assistant reviewed ~40 commits, CLAUDE.md, memory, and numerous source files (routes, commands, models, config) to understand new features including the Hunger Games event system, channel-gated chat commands, bot:responder daemon, command history logging, PHP platform pin, and null-safety hardening. It then made a comprehensive edit to CLAUDE.md: added recent project context, new essential commands, architecture/schema/config notes, expanded implementation notes from 10 to 18 items, and removed a stale monitoring TODO in favor of a Nightwatch note. No commit was made because CLAUDE.md is gitignored.
