We need to work on the feedback UI - I open this and have no real idea which of these items are _waiting on me to do something_. Also - we need to surface a badge similar to the open questions counter/badge so that I know how many/if there are feedback items that are waiting on action from me/operator. Can you take a look at how we might improve the UI/UX around this /feedback view so I can quickly/easily see things that I need to address?
