During P7 commit ingestion work, project-scoped recall_search for `flower git commit ingestion commits table PathExcluder index_max_age_days CreatesTestRepos artisan ingest commits` returned setup/migration/model-history segments and no commit-ingestion or PathExcluder/test-helper guidance. The result shape was valid, but the ranking made the query less useful for grounding the task.
