When creating a brief, there's no way to set the project it's scoped to. And on the brief view there's no way to change/add a project to scope it to.

REAL UX gap (operator): briefs can't be project-scoped at create OR from the brief view. Directly on-topic for Brief 11 (per-project briefs/daemons). Product gap owned by design/orchestrator — flagged, not routed as a Sentry bug.
