SEQUENCING UPDATE: ambassador master kill-switch landed (fde3808) — the whole program ships hidden (REFERRALS_ENABLED=false), flip on live via AppSettings when ready. So the plan is now clip-first: ship the clip production-hardening (#151, implementation in progress) to prod, test on the operator's wife's + a friend's account, refine clip UI/UX, THEN turn the ambassador program on. Ambassador (#150 refinement, #147 comms, #146 deploy) stays queued/flagged-off and no longer gates the near-term deploy.

Epic gathering the outcomes of the 2026-07-03 review pass (SEO/share, Livewire security, ambassador deep-review, clip/auto-clip). Children below; the only hard ordering is that the ambassador program's refinement + comms must land before its deploy. ALREADY DONE (committed e5b9415 on the held `main`, still unpushed): - Ambassador §2.1 HIGH — QualifyReferralOnVodArchived try/catch (can't fail an archive). - Ambassador economics retuned for friends (base 50→1000GB, per-referral 25→50, cap 500→5000, referred 2×→3×, milestones 10/25/50/100→3/7/15/30). - Security H-1 SSRF — PublicEndpointUrl rule on storage endpoint_url. - Security M-1 — PurgeAccountBucketsJob ShouldBeEncrypted. TRACKS / CHILDREN: - Track A — Ambassador launch (near-term goal): - #150 Ambassador refinement (remaining after the above: edge cases 2.2–2.9, UX P0s, invite-delivery loop, per-user override, reranked deferred items) → BLOCKS deploy. - #147 Comms copy (reward-email + marketing wording review via /dev/mail) → BLOCKS deploy. - #146 Deploy readiness → depends on #150 + #147, plus the external prod free-storage bucket. - Track B — Security hardening: #148 (remaining M-2 feature-gate persistence + L-1 2FA-codes-in-DOM + rate-limit/validation/race hardening + systemic). Independent; recommended before wider exposure. - Track C — SEO/share: #149 (per-page OG images incl. per-ambassador referral card, shared <head> partial, meta-desc trims, structured data). Independent, post-launch-friendly; the referral-landing card supports the ambassador launch. - Track D — Clip/auto-clip production: #151 (3 P0s: redundant VOD pulls, quota-bypass, LLM fan-out; then conductor — blocked on external Phase 4 in the legit-embedding repo). Independent feature track. DEPENDENCIES ENFORCED: #146 depends on #150 and #147. Everything else runs in parallel.
