    Throwaway target for the Phase 1 decoupling proof (epic #263 / Phase 1 #264). A Solo-spawned claude configured `--strict-mcp-config` flower-only (HTTP /mcp, no Solo MCP) will daemon_checkin, read this brief, append a proof-of-life note, and update status — verifying it can be a first-class flower participant with ZERO Solo tools. Safe to cancel after the walk.
